Shipping Information

Shipping costs will be added to your order automatically when you go to the Playstation 3 Superstore checkout. Shipping costs are in Australian dollars and include postage and packaging. All items are sent registered post. 

Australian shipping charges for most games/movies/accessories: Australia Post $5.00 per item. Add $2.50 for each additional item, OR

Express Post $8.00 per item. Add $2.50 for each additional item.  (NB. There are some exceptions, such as bundle items (eg. Guitar Hero 3) and large accessories which incur a larger postage fee). 

International Shipping - We do ship to most countries in the world. All international orders are excluded from our 10% GST. This will automatically be deducted at checkout. International shipping charges for most games/movies/accessories: $20.00 per item. Add $2.00 for each additional item. Shipping costs for consoles is $129.00. This is not an express service.

Delivery is subject to availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the supplier. Please take shipping time into consideration. You will be kept informed on the status of your order. For international orders - although your order is likely to be received sooner, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Order Tracking

Parcel tracking is available. When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with an order number. Click on Track Your Order and type in your order number to view status of your parcel.

Returns and Refunds Policy    

Inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the freight company make a note of the condition. Open your order immediately and check the contents against your enclosed invoice.                                                    

Playstation 3 Superstore offers a 4 day return on defective product(s), for either a replacement, a full refund or store credit.

A returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in original condition. A defective product(s) will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

We do not accept returns of:

Any defective product(s) notified of more than 4 days after the packing slip date.
Any product(s) not in its original condition, is damaged, played or is missing parts.
If you have received a product(s) which you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost can be refunded. Due to copyright laws, game console software in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same item.

Should you return a product(s) that was purchased using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer. 

Playstation 3 Superstore will notify you via email of your refund once your returned product(s) has been received and processed. Refunds will be made within 7 to 14 business days of Playstation 3 Superstore receiving your return in the form of the original payment method.

It is very important you contact us ASAP if the goods received are faulty or damaged. Playstation 3 Superstore must be notified within 4 days of packing slip date to be eligible for replacement. All faulty items not received in this timeframe are then subject to manufacturer repair warranties. Please contact the manufacturer directly, or contact us for advice if you need to be pointed in the right direction.

Making a Return

To return product(s), you will need to:

Ensure your product(s) meets the requirements of the Playstation 3 Superstore returns and refunds policy listed above.
Email us at ps3superstore@optusnet.com.au with your name, order number, product(s) name and details of reason for your return.
Wait for a reply email from Playstation 3 Superstore giving you approval and a 'returns authority' number.
Write down the 'returns authority' number on the original packing slip of the product(s) and include this with your return. IMPORTANT: Products returned without a returns authority number will be refused. Your returns authority number is valid for 20 days.

Note: To prevent your return from being lost or damaged in the post, please ensure you send your product(s) in a suitable envelope, satchel or box which can be tracked. Playstation 3 Superstore will not be held responsible for any product(s) that is damaged or lost during a return.
